Black beans
Avocado
Sweet potato (optional)
Spring onion
Greens - spinach, kale, cabbage, rocket (optional
Peppers
Feta cheese
Lime
Salt, pepper, chili, spices
Method:
Make wrap
Cook/warm up black beans
Add onions, greens and peppers
Add seasoning and lime juice
Cook wrap for 10 minutes
Slice up avocado, sweet potato (cooked!), cheese
Assemble!
