- Basil (100g)
- Olive oil (50 ml - reduce if you want and add water instead, less intense flavour, but healthier and cheaper!)
- Pine nuts (120g) - cashews also work well
- Parmesan (60g) (optional - works well without)
- Can also add spinach
- Salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, garlic
Blend it all together. Put in a jar and keep in the fridge for a week or two.
