Ingredients:
- Oat pulp (2 cups)
- Dried fruit of your choice (raisons, dates, prunes, etc.) (1 cup)
- Apple or banana
- Peanut butter (or other nut butter) (1-2 tbsp)
- Seeds and nuts
- Seasoning: cinnamon, pinch of salt, ginger
- Optional: cacao nibs
Method:
Blend all the ingredients up until they form a dough.
Shape into small cookie-shaped balls
Cook at a low temperature (around 140 fan) for 30-40 minutes
