Use this superfood to make a delicious healthy snack, a great alternative to crisps.
Salt, garlic, spices
Drizzle the kale with a little olive oil. Spread out in a single layer on a baking tray.
Sprinkle over some salt, garlic and/or spices of your choice
Tip – avoid adding liquids (asides from olive oil) as this results in sogginess. Add lemon juice or vinegar, etc. after baking. The kale will crisp up best when it’s dry!
Cook at a low temp – about 140-50 C. About 10 minutes, then rotate pan and another 1o minutes after that.
