Desiccated coconut (40g)
Buckwheat flour (60g)
Coconut oil (3 tbsp ) - cooled
Coconut syrup (4 tbps)
Vanilla extract (1tsp)
1 pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 160 C.
2. Blend the dry ingredients in the food processor, then add in the wet and mix.
3. Roll out between two baking sheets and with a cookie cutter cut out the shapes.
4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes until crisp.
