A chilled Spanish soup, full of bold flavours, great for a hot day!

- Roughly chop all the ingredients
- Blend in a food processor
- Chill overnight (or for at least 2 hours). Or put in the freezer for 40 minutes or so if you're short on time.

- Tomatoes (1 casket)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- A tin chopped tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Bread (slightly stale)
- Seasoning: 4 tbsp vinegar, 5 oil, salt, pepper, 1tsp sugar, a dash of bouillon
