Ingredients:
- Egg (1)
- Cottage cheese (1 heaped tbsp, approx. 100g
- Flour (1 tbsp)
- Some greens: spring onion, chives, peas, courgette, herbs, anything you fancy really!
- Black pepper
Method:
- Beat egg, cottage cheese and flour together. Add greens and black pepper
- Add heaped tablespoon into a frying pan and fry on each side for 5 minutes. Push them down gently as they cook.
