Ingredients:
- Flour, salt, water and olive oil for wraps
- Chicken
- Marinade for chicken: herb (parsley, coriander or mint + spices, like cumin, paprika)
- Garnishes: cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, carrot, feta cheese
- Tahini or hummus to spread on wrap
- Lemon juice to squeeze over
Method:
Marinade the chicken overnight
Make the wrap
Fry the chicken for 15 minutes
Meanwhile prepare the garnishes
Cook wrap in oven for 10 minutes at 140 C
Assemble, and dig in with plenty of lemon juice and extra herbs
