Ingredients
- Very ripe bananas
- Cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract
- Flour
Method
- Mash the bananas until soft and soggy
- Add the spices
- Stir in the flour to bind it together
- Heat up some coconut oil in a pan
- Spoon big heaps of the batter into the oil
- Fry for a few minutes on each side
- It's cooked when you press down on it and no banana squirts out!
- Leave to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
